Hi! 👋🏼 I am an educator and researcher. I'm currently the Director of Assessment & Evaluation at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in the Office of Educational Affairs and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Education. Previously, I've worked in educational development at Northeastern University and studied child language processing at Northwestern University.
As an educator, I've taught topics in phonetics, speech science, and language development to both high school and undergraduate students. I am also an avid R user and have taught topics such as data cleaning, analysis, and visualization in R. As a researcher, I am interested in best practices for assessing student learning.
